Promotional Codes - Terms & Conditions

Offer: From time to time, we may provide promotional codes that give customers special discounts or benefits. Each code will be subject to the details listed in the specific promotion (e.g., discount amount, eligible items, validity dates).

Eligibility

  1. Promotional codes are available only to customers who meet the stated requirements of the promotion (e.g., new customers, specific product categories, purchase thresholds).

  2. Unless otherwise stated, each code is limited to one (1) use per customer as long as the customer and order are eligible for the promotion.

  3. Customers must enter the code at checkout before completing the order. Discounts provided by these codes cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

  4. Gift cards are not eligible for promotional codes and discounts.

Discount Application

  1. Promotional codes apply only to eligible items as defined in the specific promotion and the limitations of these terms.

  2. Product discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated otherwise by Bruntee.

  3. Order discount codes can be applied over product discounts once the conditions for the usage of the order discount have been met. (Example: Order value before shipping and taxes). See point 17 for current order discounts limitations.

  4. Gift cards, taxes, fees, and shipping charges are excluded unless otherwise noted.

  5. If multiple items are eligible, discounts will be applied according to the store’s promotion settings (e.g., percentage off, fixed value, lowest-priced item).

Exclusions

  1. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  2. Not valid on prior purchases.

  3. No cash value. Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

  4. Void where prohibited.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  2. If a return or refund causes the order to no longer meet the requirements of the promotion, the discount will be void and refunds adjusted to reflect the regular (non-discounted) prices.

Shipping

  1. Shipping terms, including eligibility for free or promotional shipping, are outlined in our Shipping Policy & Free Shipping Terms and Conditions.

General

  1. Each promotional code is valid only during the dates and times specified in the promotional offer. If the offer does not mention a validity date and/or time, the promotion can end at anytime without notice.

  2. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify promotional codes and promotions at any time without prior notice.

  3. Timekeeping is based on our store’s official time zone (Pacific Time).

Order Discount Promotional Codes Limitations

  1. Order discounts can be applied to the entire order (before taxes and shipping) once conditions are met. Order Discount Promotional Codes have limitations on their use as they can be applied regardless of current promotions.

  2. Order Discount Promotional Codes can be applied during checkout only.

Available Order Discounts:

    • Judge.me Reviews Discounts (dynamic code)
      Limitations: One use limit, to be used by the reviewer. Requires minimum purchase (before taxes and shipping) of $100. Expires after 30 days of being issued.
      Discount amount: From 10% up to 15%

    • Judge.me Reviews Referral Discounts (shareable link)
      Limitations: One use per customer. Available for first time customers only. Requires minimum purchase (before taxes and shipping) of $100.
      Discount amount: 10%

    • Judge.me Reviews Referral Reward Discounts (dynamic code)
      Limitations: One use limit, to be used by the reviewer. Requires minimum purchase (before taxes and shipping) of $100. Code expires after 30 days of being issued.
      Discount amount: 10%

    • Newsletter Subscription through Facebook & Instagram Shops (dynamic code)
      Limitations: One per newsletter registration. Expires after 7 days of being issued.
      Discount amount: 5%

Product Discount Promotional Codes Limitations

  1. Product Discount Promotional Codes are applied on a per product basis instead of the complete order as a whole. These can not be combined with other promotions, including but not limited to: Bundles, other product discount codes.

  2. Product Discount Promotional Codes can be applied at checkout as long as no other Product Discount Promotional Codes are active and the products are eligible for Product Discount Promotional Codes.

  3. Product Discount Promotional Codes can not be applied to carts that contain products included in other promotions, even if the cart items do not reflect promotional codes (for example: Items marked as "Bundle").

  4. Product Discount Codes can be combined with our Free USA Standard Shipping promotion to addresses within the USA as this promotion does not utilize codes to function. Any other shipping promotion can not be combined with product discount promotional codes.

Available Product Discount Promotional Codes:

    • Code: bruntee15
      Limitations: One use per customer. Available for first time customers only. Requires minimum purchase (before taxes and shipping) of $100. Can not be combined with other promotions.
      Discount amount: 15%

    • Newsletter Subscription through bruntee.com
      Limitations: One use code to be used by newsletter subscribers only. Requires minimum purchase (before taxes and shipping) of $50. Can not be combined with other promotions.
      Discount amount: 10%

    • Others
      Other Product Discount Promotional Codes may be available through Bruntee.com, Bruntee's Official Social Media Accounts, Bruntee Newsletter or any other Bruntee communications channel in the form of codes, bundle promotions, set promotions, volume promotions, and other formats. The limitations of these codes are ruled by these terms and conditions unless stated otherwise by Bruntee.
