1. Our Priority: Verified Customer Submissions

We are deeply committed to ensuring that the feedback you rely on comes from actual customers who have purchased our products.

• The Review Invitation: A customer is only invited to leave a review through Judge.me after their order has been fulfilled and delivered. This ensures the reviewer has had time to use and evaluate the item.

• The "Verified Buyer" Badge: Look for the "Verified" or "Verified by" labels next to the reviewer's name (which is displayed by initials). This badge, provided by Judge.me, confirms the customer's purchase was validated against our store's order data.
  

 

2. Incentivizing Feedback

We are genuinely grateful for the time and effort our customers put into sharing their thoughts. To thank them, we offer tiered discount codes on future orders as an incentive to submit a review. All review code discounts have an expiration date of 30 days after they have been issued. Review discount codes can be applied on orders of $100+ before shipping and taxes.

3. Our Moderation Policy: Full Disclosure

We are committed to displaying all genuine customer experiences, whether they are five stars or one star.

• Speed and Transparency: All reviews submitted through Judge.me are automatically accepted and published in real-time. This ensures that new customer feedback is available immediately.

• No Filtering: We do not remove, edit, or manipulate reviews simply because they are negative or critical. A negative review highlights areas where we can improve our product quality or service.
  

• Reviews of 3 stars or lower are prompted to contact us to address any issues as an effort to provide you with the best customer service and shopping experience. Reviews of 3 stars or less can be submitted without contacting us, however, we'll try our best to resolve any problems with your order.
  
  
• Even though reviews are completely open to all our customers and we accept constructive criticism, we also understand we can't control the whole process, part of that process is shipping. We ask all reviewers to please keep all reviews on topic: Your experience with us and our products. If you have an issue with your package, please contact us so we can get in touch with them to resolve them.
  

• Compliance Review: While reviews are published instantly, we still review every single one for compliance with our policies and legal requirements.

• When a Review May Be Removed or Automatically Hidden: We only remove reviews in rare circumstances, such as:

  • The review contains offensive, abusive, or harmful language.

  • The review contains sensitive personal information (e.g., full names, addresses, phone numbers).

  • The review is clearly unrelated spam or refers to a completely different product or company.
