Products are made-to-order, after your order is placed it will be sent to production which normally takes 2-5 business days. After your product has been produced, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail to follow up on shipping.

For US addresses, shipping usually takes from 3-8 days after production. Our fulfillment partners are located in different parts of the world: US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, China and more.

Yes, we offer warranty on all our products as mentioned on our Returns & Refunds policy as well as specific regional warranty when available on the product page.

We offer refunds in some cases, for example:

• Your order is cancelled before it is sent to production. All orders are sent to production automatically after 1 hour of order placement.
• Approved refunds for damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit and cannot be replaced.

All refunds have to be approved by Bruntee, we do not provide refunds for incorrect size selection, color choice or change of mind due to the nature of made-to-order production (the product is produced when you order it).

In most cases for damaged or misprinted products, we can offer a replacement without returning the item. The process and requirements to do so are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Apparel products usually have their size chart on the image gallery or the description of the product.

The previews (images and videos) available on our website are for reference only. These are computer generated visuals.

Printed Products: Due to the nature of how RGB (light) colors work on screens the final printed product may not be a 1 to 1 replica to what you see on screen as printing utilizes CMYK (ink) colors.

Embroidery Products: These may vary a little on design positioning as these products are produced by hand in some cases.

Product care instructions are normally provided on each product's page, please follow them when washing or handling your items.

If the product page does not mention product care information, please be aware that most products have the information on their label. If no information is available on the label, please read our general product care instructions page where we cover the different kinds of print techniques & embroidery, available here.

Bruntee products are available on different marketplaces, such as: Shops, Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping, Pinterest and TikTok.

In some instances, due to platform fees (such as TikTok) prices may differ from bruntee.com, we recommend purchasing from our website directly to get all the benefits.

Most orders can utilize promotional codes, there are cases however where promotional codes may be limited to certain products and conditions.

When you purchase a product from Bruntee.com, you will receive an email after a few days of your order fulfillment to provide an optional review of your purchase.

You'll obtain the following when reviewing your purchase:

These codes have an expiration date of 30 days after they've been provided and can be applied to orders of $100+ (before taxes and shipping).

After your order is placed, you'll receive a referral link from judge.me on the payment confirmation page, these links can be shared with anyone. Judge.me is a system we use to collect reviews from our customers.
