When can I expect my order?
Products are made-to-order, after your order is placed it will be sent to production which normally takes 2-5 business days. After your product has been produced, you will receive a tracking code via e-mail to follow up on shipping.
For US addresses, shipping usually takes from 3-8 days after production. Our fulfillment partners are located in different parts of the world: US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, China and more.

Does this item come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty on all our products as mentioned on our Returns & Refunds policy as well as specific regional warranty when available on the product page.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer refunds in some cases, for example:
- Your order is cancelled before it is sent to production. All orders are sent to production automatically after 1 hour of order placement.
- Approved refunds for damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit and cannot be replaced.
All refunds have to be approved by Bruntee, we do not provide refunds for incorrect size selection, color choice or change of mind due to the nature of made-to-order production (the product is produced when you order it).
In most cases for damaged or misprinted products, we can offer a replacement without returning the item. The process and requirements to do so are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where can I find the size chart?
Apparel products usually have their size chart on the image gallery or the description of the product.
